Erin Erickson

Hello! My name is Erin Erickson. I'm a licensed REALTOR in Iowa & Illinois with Ruhl&Ruhl and specialize in the Quad Cities (& surrounding areas) market.

I work with both buyers and sellers. I graduated from Alleman High School in 2013 and attended St. Ambrose University. My Husband Mitchell & I had our first child in August 2022, his name is Turner. We have two dogs and enjoy being active and taking them for walks. We also love to golf! In our spare time we work on a lot of home improvement projects and have flipped three homes together.

I'm available any time, day or night to answer questions, show houses or walk you through your buying and selling process. I've been a licensed broker officially since 2018. However, I really grew up in this industry as my mother has been a Realtor since 1994.

I love working with Sellers! I have a passion for interior design and home staging. My social media and marketing skills can bring a lot of exposure to your home. I also enjoy helping First Time Buyers, showing them that owning can be cheaper than renting and so much more beneficial.

I'm BGRS certified and have the benefit of working with relocation clients. My husband works for John Deere and we were briefly relocated to Augusta, Georgia in 2020. I have the first hand experience as-to what it's like to move with a relocation company, and can help you successfully do so.
